Having apprenticed under La Di Da Beauty Salon and Bride Bar Co-Owner Kyra Meinzer, Kailey has sharpened her skills (and her stylist scissors) as an emerging industry talent and hair artist. With extensive training from the Paul Mitchell School, Kailey is known for creating show-stopping styles and is a pro with extension application. Our favorite of her many beauty talents, though? Washing hair and giving top-notch scalp massages. Anyone who has the chance to rest their head back in Kailey’s sink is known to drift off as she works her oh-so-amazing masseuse magic.
Kailey’s beauty belief? “Anyone can do anything with the right tools and knowledge.” She’s always on the hunt for top-notch tools and life-changing products, and is constantly seeking out opportunities to learn from those around her and help out her fellow La Di Da artists however she can. A sucker for voluminous beach waves, Kailey’s favorite styles are those that are undone and easy-breezy.
With a penchant for Mexican food and the beach, when Kailey’s not behind her salon chair, you can find her volunteering or hiking. Compassionate and sympathetic as they come, Kailey is a cancer survivor and one of the strongest women we know. She loves anything with a furry-face and four legs, and gets particularly excited about learning from new challenges and experiences.
