We love a bride who knows how to do natural, and Yanzy certainly did not disappoint. She and her husband, Isaiah, planned an unbelievably beautiful affair in Graeagle, California—which included a jaw-dropping altar cross boasting a wild floral arrangement that we’re still swooning over. The aesthetic managed to be both stunning and natural at once, which is exactly the balance we wanted to replicate for her hair and makeup. Yanzy has striking long chocolate-brown locks, so our job was simple for this fall bridal hair and makeup: we added loose, soft curls and played up the volume to create long, flowing, and oh-so lifted locks. By adding a side-part and pinning her veil low, we were also able to add some serious drama to her already stunning silhouette. For Yanzy’s makeup, we went with a soft smokey eye, which, again, really worked that balance of striking yet natural. We then finished the look off with soft pink lip gloss and a soft pink blush, which helped to add some dimension and a pop of color to this beautiful bride’s fall hair and makeup look.
