LEVEL 1

Starting at $178

These artists are what we call our Emerging Talent. They have some experience and a whole lot of talent, but are newer to the industry. These artists are a go-to option for brides on a budget.

LEVEL 2

Starting at $248

These artists are what we call our

Tried and True. They have multiple years of experience working in our industry and as such, have elevated abilities in both artistry and customer service. They are able to handle most bride and bridal party requests with finesse and ease.

LEVEL 3

Starting at $328

These artists are what we call our Leaders of Industry. They have many years of experience in bridal and an elevated portfolio having worked with VIP brides and planners.. They are stand-out leaders on our team serving both our clients and team-mates with their exceptional technical skills and commitment to excellence.

How much is your on-location fee?

 

Our on-location fee is charged per artist booked and varies per venue. Please fill out our contact form below with your specific venue information and our bridal coordinator will email you with exact pricing.

Levels

Can I book different levels of artists?  


Yes absolutely! As long as you meet the 4 person minimum per artist you may book different level artists. For example, sometimes a bride may book a Level 3 makeup artist for herself and three others such as her maid of honor, mother of the bride and a bridesmaid. She may then opt to book a Level 2 artist for her four other bridesmaids.


Please note that it is best to book an equal number of services per artist for timing purposes. For example, if you book a total of 10 services we request that you book 5 services for each artist.

Minimum Number of Services

What does the 4 person minimum mean? 


In order to book our artists to come on-location to you, we require a 4 person minimum to book each artist. These must be services for the bride or bridal attendants (junior bridesmaids, flower girls, etc DO NOT count towards the 4 person minimum). 


For example, if an artist does makeup, you would need to book 4 makeup services in order to secure the artist. If the artist does both hair and makeup, you would need to book a total of 4 hair and/or makeup services in order to secure the artist (for example, two hair services and two makeup services). Please note that we have a limited number of artists who do both hair and makeup. Most of our artists specialize in one or the other.


Also, in addition to on-location services, we do offer in-salon bridal services at our salon in south Reno with the benefit of not having to meet any minimums to book. Both on-site and in-salon are great options, it just depends on your budget and wedding day preferences/needs.

Number of Services Per Artist

How many services can each artist take? 


We book our artists a minimum of four services and a maximum of seven services. Also make sure and check out our newest offering for an expedited timeline on your big day! No need to spend 6-8 hours of your morning on hair and makeup.

Day of Timing

When will you do my timeline and how long does each service take? 


Once you are booked, we will send you a questionnaire about 30 days prior to your wedding to fill out with the necessary details so we can create your hair and makeup timeline. We are happy to do this in advance if you'd like - just ask!


We typically schedule an hour per service. This ensures each client will get the best possible experience in both artistry and customer service.


In special circumstances  we may be able to schedule 45-minute services for bridesmaids, however we would request a selfie and inspiration picture for each person receiving a service. This is available only on a case by case basis and not available with every artist.

Touchups

How do touchups work? 


When you book our "3 Hours of Touchups" service, your makeup artist will stay for three hours (consecutively) at your event to touch-up before pictures for example, after pictures and before the wedding reception so you will be a picture perfect bride! Additional hours may be booked on an hourly basis.

Bride Trials

Can I have a bride trial before I book? 


Yes absolutely! However please note that we can not hold your wedding date until we have a signed contract and paid deposit/retainer, so if you would like to try out an artist before you book, we recommend you do it as soon as possible.

Gratuity

Should I tip my artist? 


Gratuity is never expected but always appreciated. You are welcome to give your artist a cash tip on the day of your service or you can add gratuity to your online payment which will be given to the artist.


Also please note that for parties of 6 persons or more, an auto-gratuity of 18% will be added to the service agreement.

Airbrush Makeup

Do you offer airbrush makeup? 


Yes we do! Airbrush makeup is available with our Level 2 and Level 3 makeup artists. Just please make sure and request it at the time of booking. Please note, airbrush makeup is not available with our Level 1 makeup artists.

Products

What products do the artists carry in their kit? 


Our artists carry a variety of prestige brands in their kits. For example, in our hair artists' kits, you may see brands such as Kenra, Bumble & Bumble, Oribe, Kerastase, Shu Uemura, etc. In our makeup artists' kits you may see brands such as Nars, Makeup Forever, Mac Cosmetics, Charlotte Tilbury, Temptu, etc.

Lashes

Do I need to bring lashes?

 

No you do not need to bring lashes. Our makeup artists will supply false lashes on the day of your service. However if you have a particular brand/style preference and would like to bring your own, we are happy to apply them for you. Please make sure they are a fresh new set.
